BA works with clients from all walks of life, from school leavers to CEOs, from career changers to retirees.

• Career Coaching - working on goal setting, communication and interpersonal issues, career direction, exploration, effective leadership strategies, stress management. These sessions are generally conducted face-to-face in our offices in Warriewood. Sessions can also be held on client premises. However we also work with clients via phone and internet across Australia and overseas.. Our sessions are charged by the hour, or a lower rate applies for a series of 5 1 hour sessions. • Vocational Assessments - not sure whether you are doing the right job? Not sure what job suits your knowledge skills and experience? Our vocational assesssments consist of a 3 hour in-depth interview including extensive and sopshisticated psychometric assessment. We then produce an extensive report providing an analysis of your knowledge, skills, abilities and experience. Included are recommendations of suitable jobs, career paths and training. • One-to-one intensive skills coaching. We work with clients on a range of issues including interview skills, promotion applicants, networking, public speaking, stress resillience, setting goals, burnout and fatigue.

Like all of our services, BA offers highly skilled and experienced coaches using evidence-based interventions. Where psychological assessment is appropriate, the tests are selected, administered, interpreted and reported by appropriately trained registered psychologists. We do not undertake unnecessary testing, or use psychometrically dubious or unevaluated instruments. Our service is a personal one as a result, we offer a professional, high quality, confidential service.
